Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
Tickets are $28 each (tax included) for players age 6 and up.
How are rooms booked?
Click here to Book Online. At least 1 ticket must be paid in advance to reserve the room for your group. Additional tickets may be paid in advance online when you are booking or onsite when you arrive. For assistance with a booking or to book an event for a large group, please call us at 204-202-3800.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made in advance online by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Payments onsite can be made with Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard.
How many people can play a room?
Please check individual room descriptions for each room's minimum ticket requirements and the recommended maximum players. You may play with less players but will still be required to pay for the required minimum tickets for that room. You may also play with more than the recommended maximum but we caution that doing so may diminish your overall experience as the room will be more crowded as well as leaving less for each player in the room to do.
Are there any age restrictions?
Players of all ages are welcome. Game play is designed for and best suited to players age 12 and up. Players under 13 in any rooms must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the rooms scary?
All of our rooms are intense and include elements intended to get your adrenaline pumping, but they are not intended to be scary.
The Cabin does have a high 'creepy factor'. There is a creepy soundtrack and the room is completed in the dark with only lanterns to light your way. There are a couple of loud moments that may startle players but this is not a 'horror room': There is no blood and gore and there are no in-game actors coming into the room to scare you. We recommend ages 12 and up but it really depends on the child. We have had many younger children play the room and love it.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your start time. This will give you a chance to make final payments on tickets, lock personal items in a locker and receive your Pre-Game Briefing. All games run on time ; to respect the team playing after you, a late arrival may result in a loss of time in your game.
Do we need to remove our shoes?
Through the winter, to help keep rooms clean, we do ask you to remove your winter shoes. You are welcome to bring a pair of inside shoes or play in socks.
Are we really locked in the room?
For safety reasons, the door you enter will remain unlocked and you may exit the room at any time for any reason. Your game clock will continue running.
